1960–1963 Sculptures

Living in both New York and Toronto, Etrog worked for the first time in clay, wax and plaster. Etrog was inspired by Etruscan sculptures to explore a variety of shapes. His tall standing figures that were cast in bronze grew dramatically in scale throughout his career.
