Cabinet of Curiosities (Ages 8-10)

Curiosity- it's what leads us to collect things. Whether it's trading cards or pet rocks, why are these objects important to us? You and your friends are on a mission- to journey through the AGO collections, uncovering the stories and inspiration for artists. How are the chicken bones involved in the making of ship models? How many different kinds of eyes can you find in the African masks? Why did the Raven transform into the Thunderbird? We'll explore the most amazing stories snd create amazing artwork- carving, prints, painting and so much more.

Two week sessions (Ages 8-10):
