Art Education Policies

Please read the following policies when you prepare your registration to AGO Education courses and camps.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to space restrictions.
Advance registration is recommended for all programs.
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
All registration is subject to availability.
All programs, prices and instructors are subject to change without notice.

To request withdrawal from a course, you must call the Program Sales and Service office at 416-979-6608, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
Cancellations must be received at least one day prior to the start of a course. Absence from classes does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
Withdrawals occurring less than two weeks prior to the start of a course are subject to a $30 administration fee.
Students withdrawing after courses start will be issued a prorated refund and a $30 administration fee. No refunds will be issued after the fourth week of classes.
The AGO reserves the right to cancel programs; in the event of cancellations, a full refund will be given.

Course transfers are subject to availability.
Students requesting a transfer less than two weeks prior to the start of their course, or once classes have started, are subject to a $30 administration fee.
Transfers are authorized by the Program Sales and Service office ONLY.

To ensure that we are able to run your preferred classes, we recommend that you enroll at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the program.
In the event of course cancellation, registrants will be notified one week prior to the scheduled commencement of the course and a full refund will be given.

Please call 416-979-6660 ext. 5954 to confirm classes in the event of inclement weather.
Students will not be contacted when the school is closed due to weather.
Every effort to provide make-up classes will be made but cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds will not be given in these rare cases.
