ART TORONTO 2013 Opening Night Preview
As Canada’s premier fair for modern and contemporary art, Art Toronto is a celebration of some of the world’s best contemporary artists and an opportunity for new artists to be discovered. Art Toronto is one of the most successful art fairs in North America and the Opening Night Preview is a not-to-be-missed event on Toronto’s cultural calendar.
This year’s Opening Night Preview takes place on Thursday, October 24th, 2013 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre and offers guests exclusive access to view and purchase works at the Fair before it opens to the general public. Guests of the Opening Night Preview will also have the opportunity to socialize with artists, gallerists, collectors and art enthusiasts over cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
The Fair is now entering its 14th year and the Opening Night Preview is a unique and important benefit for the Art Gallery of Ontario. Last year’s preview raised over $275,000 (net); funds raised at the event help support the AGO’s compelling exhibition and education programs, with a portion of the proceeds going to purchase works of art at the Fair.

ENTERTAINMENT PACKAGES - $2,000
Entertainment Packages include 12 tickets for the price of 10 and offer a unique corporate entertainment opportunity. Guests are invited to attend the Opening Night Preview from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. Other benefits include a special meeting area for your group and charitable tax receipt for the maximum allowable amount.
SPECIAL COLLECTORS’ PREVIEW - $300 per ticket
The Special Collectors' Preview is held from 4:30 to 6:30 pm and offers a limited number of guests the first opportunity to preview and purchase works of art. Guests of the Special Collectors' Preview are also invited to stay for the Opening Night Preview from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. The AGO will issue a tax receipt for the maximum allowable amount.

Patrons of the Art Toronto Special Collectors' Preview make a charitable donation of $5,000 in support of the Art Gallery of Ontario. They are invited to attend both the Special Collectors' Preview from 4:30 to 6:30 pm and the Opening Night Preview from 6:30 to 10:00 pm. Patrons also enjoy a host of other benefits including 8 tickets to the Preview, recognition in print materials and a Curators' Circle membership.
