The AGO offers ASL interpreted tours to visitors who are deaf or have hearing loss and use American Sign Language.
Tours occur on the third Thursday of the month at 2:30 pm and last approximately one hour. Topics vary monthly and the tours are interactive, designed to stimulate visitors engagement with art.
Tours are free with admission; a companion accompanying the visitor with hearing loss has free entry.
Visitors wanting to participate in a scheduled ASL tour should go to Walker Court to join the Gallery Guide and ASL interpreter for the tour start.
With two week's notice (depending on volunteer availability) tours can be booked for other times by e-mailing Doris Van Den Brekel
or by calling 416 979-6660 ex 268.
