Welcome to the transformed AGO and our new event space, Baillie Court.
With 7,200 square feet of uninterrupted space and a panoramic southward view of the city skyline and the CN Tower Baillie Court is an inspired setting for a full range of corporate and social functions. It overlooks the spiral staircase and glass roof of Walker Court, two of the AGO’s stunning architectural features.
Baillie Court is located on the third floor of the newly constructed south tower and is accessed by three guest elevators. The reception space can be divided from the main room as well, and an additional retractable air wall can provide further flexibility for event setup. The retractable walls are finished with perforated Douglas fir wood – architect Frank Gehry’s signature material.
A custom-designed ceiling grid houses a range of lighting, sound and other in-house features. Our professional in-house events team will work with you to design and deliver an exceptional event experience.
Baillie Court can accommodate various event setups and guest numbers:
- 450 guests for a stand-up cocktail-style reception
- 300 guests for a reception and dinner
- 250 guests for a reception and dinner/dance or wedding
- 200 guests for a meeting and breakfast/luncheon
- AGMs, Product Launches, Seminars and other daytime events

Baillie Court has a venue fee that ranges from $3,000 to $5,000 and includes:
- Coat-check staff and services
- Setup and teardown of your event as per your final floor plan
- In-house AV capabilities
- 60” round banquet tables and black banquet
- Technion leather lounge sofas and chairs
- A standard 21 x 21 ft wood dance floor
- In-house Executive Chef and culinary team
- Fully licensed facility with in-house beverage services
