Located on the third floor of the newly constructed south tower, Baillie Court is accessed by three guest elevators located at the east and west ends of the pre-event reception space.
The reception space is divided from the main room by retractable walls of perforated Douglas fir panels. The main room can be divided further to afford multifunctional flexibility.
A dedicated freight elevator provides access to the third floor.
