Program Fees (including GST)

Bookings must be made at least three (3) weeks from the date of your visit. Bookings are subject to a $5 processing fee. Minimum group size is 15 students. Groups with fewer than 15 students will be charged the minimum group size. If fewer students participate than originally booked, program fees will be reduced, up to a maximum of 10%. There is no charge for the required number of adult supervisors. Additional adults will be charged the student rate.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment in full is due the day of your visit. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, cash, debit or cheque (payable to: Art Gallery of Ontario).
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation received less than three (3) weeks prior to your visit will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total program cost. Schools will not be charged for cancelling a reservation due to inclement weather.
GROUP SUPERVISION
For safety and security, a minimum number of adult supervisors is required to accompany each school group. Groups arriving without the required adult supervisor-to-student ratio may be denied entry. Teachers and adult supervisors are required to stay with their groups for the duration of their visit. Appropriate student behaviour is the sole responsibility of teachers and adult supervisors.
