Figure drawing is an exercise in drawing the human body in all its shapes and positions. Working with live models, students explore technical and perceptual skills needed to produce drawings with confidence. The course builds progressively from the fundamentals to the challenges of portraiture, three-dimensional form, composition and expression. Explorations of the human form in historical and contemporary art inform your work. Creative approaches to the subjects are emphasized.
Fees
Spring:
General public $350 + GST | AGO members $280 + GST
