Figurative Painting (Winter)
Mondays January 14 – March 11, 7 – 10 pm (8 weeks)

Students will explore depictions of the human figure in the AGO collections, while also developing their own painting skills in acrylic or oil. Studies and exercises using life models are designed to effectively enhance the portrayal of the three-dimensional form through value, tone, colour theory and painting technique. Previous experience in life drawing and still-life painting is recommended for this class.
Please note: There is no class on Monday February 18 (Family Day).
