A dedication to using the best local produce creates flexibility with the menu and allows it to reflect seasonal changes and availability. Ingredients are sourced from the finest suppliers and farms, and are cooked simply to showcase the natural flavours of the food.
A global wine selection accompanies the menu and features comfort wines from both the Northern and Southern Hemispheres-a wine for every palate.
Weekly prix fixe menus are also available for Lunch and Dinner that are themed around the current exhibitions completing the gallery experience.
