Food at FRANK holds true to its setting. Executive chef Anne Yarymowich collaborates with chef de cuisine Martha Wright to create contemporary comfort cuisine that is honest and direct yet made lovingly and with gusto.

One of Anne's mottos is Michael Pollan's "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." This discipline comes through in her dedication to using the best local agricultural produce and a strictly Ontarian wine list. But she tempers it with a no-nonsense acknowledgement of the true value of good old-fashioned dining pleasure. "You must never discount the enjoyment factor," she says. "That is as nourishing and soul-building as everything else."

Making all of this happen is FRANK’s executive sous-chef Jeff Duek, plus a culinary team that hail from all over the world and inspire each other with international influences and flavours.
