Suivez des professionnels du MBAO, incluant une présentation de l'exposition Light My Fire par Sophie Hackett, commissaire associée de photographie, et l'intégration des dessins originaux du bédéiste romancier Chester Brown pour son livre Louis Rieldans les galeries d'art canadien. Explorez l'histoire et l'identité des Canadiens français à travers des œuvres d'art originales, depuis des peintures historiques jusqu'à des photographies contemporaines. Apprenez comment les étudiants peuvent développer leurs habiletés en communication orale et écrite en français à travers l'exploration guidée d'œuvres d'art et la création appliquée de leur propre œuvre d'art en utilisant des techniques d'impression.

Hear from AGO experts including a presentation of the exhibition Light My Fire by Sophie Hackett, Associate Curator of Photography, and the inclusion of graphic novelist Chester Brown's original drawings for his book Louis Riel in the Canadian galleries. Explore the history and identities of French Canadians through original works of art, from historical paintings to contemporary photographs. Learn how students can develop their oral and written communication skills in French through the guided exploration of artworks and the hands-on creation of their own artwork using printmaking techniques.

Registration is limited to 20 participants per workshop. A minimum number of participants are required for programs to run. Additional workshops can be scheduled if needed.
