Gallery Visits for Schools 2011-2012
Guided Gallery Visits are 90-minute thematic and cross-curricular programs led by dynamic and experienced staff and supported by trained and dedicated volunteers. Students explore art from Canada and around the world, using student-centred questioning strategies and fun, interactive activities, such as looking games, critical thinking exercises, sketching, movement and drama, and tactile experiences. Picasso: Masterpieces from the Musée National Picasso, Paris
Students will explore the art, artists, and artistic styles that influenced Picasso to produce innovative paintings, sculptures, prints, and drawings.
