This course will introduce students to a range of media and techniques in drawing, as well as different application methods to develop an awareness of line, volume and form. Working with conte, graphite, and charcoal, this foundation-level course will draw upon the AGO’s collections as a platform for teaching methods and techniques, and prepare students for intermediate and advanced drawing classes at the AGO.
Students are responsible for the purchase of their own materials. A material list will be provided on the first day of class.
Please note there are no classes on April 21 or May 19.
