Enhance your skills and explore the creative possibilities of portraiture. Students can expect to learn how to work with models, studio lighting, and view and discuss examples of nineteenth and twentieth century portraiture from the Art Gallery of Ontario’s collection. This portraiture workshop is suitable for students with some experience in digital photography, and who are interested in advancing their technical knowledge.
Students are required to bring their own cameras for each class, and be familar with operating them. While students are welcome to bring their camera manuals to class for instructional assistance; camera operation is not the focus of the course.
Please note there are no classes on May 19.
