Volunteering at the Art Gallery of Ontario
Meet new and interesting friends, and be a vital part of one of the best art museums in Canada! We’ve got inspiring art, an impressive building, and dedicated volunteers. Applicants, like our existing volunteers, should posses a love and appreciation of art, a flexible attitude for dealing effectively with the public, basic computer skills (including email), and an understanding that reliability is key to success in any role.
Volunteers at the AGO number nearly 800 strong! Their time, enthusiasm and expertise contribute to an outstanding experience for museum visitors in all areas of the Gallery.

YOUTH Opportunities (age 15-18)
March Break Art Camp Volunteer
We’re looking for enthusiastic and outgoing youth volunteers (aged 15 – 18) to help us deliver art-based, interactive Family Programs during March Break.
Required Availability: This is a forty-hour placement. Fulfill your high school volunteer credit hours requirement, all in one week! You must be able to volunteer Monday March 16 to Friday March 20 (all days), from 8:15am – 4:15pm daily.
