This collection of writings is a unique collaboration between the Art Gallery of Ontario and the Canadian Branch of International PEN.

Six writers, who were born in other countries, strolled the galleries and explored the collections of the principal art museum in the city and province in which they have found new homes.

Their words soar, pierce, caress and attack. They do what all good writing does: reflect, through depth of feeling, a common experience.
